Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Manager / HR Recruiter
Location: Pune / Kolhapur / Sangli (Maharashtra)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR professional to manage end-to-end human resource functions. The role involves recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in aligning HR practices with business objectives while ensuring a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
2. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Handle joining formalities, documentation, and induction programs
- Conduct exit interviews and manage full & final settlements
3. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain employee records and HRIS systems
- Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination
- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations
4. Employee Engagement & Relations
- Organize employee engagement activities and events
- Address employee grievances and support conflict resolution
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment
5. Compliance & Policies
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory compliance
- Implement and update HR policies in line with company standards
- Support audits and compliance documentation
6. Performance Management
- Assist in performance appraisal processes
- Support training and development initiatives
- Monitor employee performance metrics
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
- 1–4 years of experience in HR (Freshers with strong internships may apply)
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems
