Senior Branch Manager - AHF
1. Responsible for driving branch?level sales of affordable housing loans by achieving disbursement targets expanding sourcing channels (DSA, builders, connectors), and managing the sales team.
2. The role involves active field sales, team productivity monitoring, coordination with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing, and ensuring portfolio quality and policy compliance.
3. Candidates should have experience in AHF/home loans, strong local market knowledge, and proven team?handling skills.
