Job Description
Store Supervisor
Location: Sangli
Experience: 1+ year (store, warehouse, or inventory preferred)
Salary: ₹15,000–₹17,000/month
Working Hours: Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (occasional Sunday for scheduled deliveries)
The most important responsibility is scanning the barcode of every serialised item during receipt and dispatch to maintain 100% inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inward and outward stock entries in Odoo.
- Scan barcodes for all serialised materials during receipt and dispatch.
- Supervise unloading, loading, and warehouse helpers.
- Create GRNs and maintain warehouse documentation.
- Coordinate dispatches and e-way bills.
- Conduct stock counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Keep the warehouse organised, safe, and efficient.
- RequirementsAround 1 year of warehouse/store/inventory experience.
- Basic ERP/Odoo and Excel knowledge (or willingness to learn).
- 12th Pass or above.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
