🎯 Key Responsibilities: Supervise waste management operations, monitor waste management machines, ensure smooth plant operations, coordinate with operators, maintain daily reports, and ensure safety & quality standards. / 🎯 मुख्य जबाबदाऱ्या: वेस्ट मॅनेजमेंट ऑपरेशन्सचे पर्यवेक्षण करणे, वेस्ट मॅनेजमेंट मशीनची देखरेख करणे, प्लांटचे सुरळीत कामकाज सुनिश्चित करणे, ऑपरेटरशी समन्वय साधणे, दैनंदिन अहवाल तयार करणे आणि सुरक्षा व गुणवत्ता मानके पाळणे.
⚙️ Required Skills: Machine Supervision, Waste Management Operations, Team Handling, Basic Computer Knowledge, Reporting & Documentation / ⚙️ आवश्यक कौशल्ये: मशीन सुपरव्हिजन, वेस्ट मॅनेजमेंट ऑपरेशन्स, टीम हँडलिंग, बेसिक कॉम्प्युटर ज्ञान, रिपोर्टिंग व डॉक्युमेंटेशन
