TERRITORY DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (TDO) – KOLHAPUR

About HYGINOVA
HYGINOVA is a growing FMCG company manufacturing and marketing home care products including Floor Cleaner, Toilet Cleaner, Handwash, Dishwash Liquid, Glass Cleaner and Laundry Care products. We are expanding our retail presence across Kolhapur district and are looking for energetic field sales professionals to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
• Visit retail outlets daily within assigned territory
• Generate new retail and wholesale business
• Develop and maintain strong retailer relationships
• Ensure product placement, visibility and availability
• Book orders and coordinate with distributors
• Expand market coverage by adding new outlets
• Achieve monthly sales and development targets
• Submit daily reports through smartphone-based systems
• Collect market intelligence and competitor information
Requirements
• 1-5 years experience in FMCG, Telecom, Pharma, Banking, Insurance or Field Sales
• Own two-wheeler mandatory
• Android smartphone mandatory
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within Kolhapur district
• Graduate preferred but not mandatory for experienced candidates
Compensation
• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
