3 D Plan & Rendering Specialist ( Architechtural)

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented 3D Planning & Rendering Specialist (Architectural) to produce high-quality architectural visualizations and realistic 3D renderings for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in architectural modeling, rendering, space planning, and visualization software, with the ability to transform concepts into compelling visual presentations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCreate high-quality 3D architectural models, renders, and walkthroughs from CAD drawings and design concepts.
• Develop realistic interior and exterior visualizations for marketing and client presentations.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams to ensure design accuracy.

• Required Skills & Qualification in Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in architectural visualization or 3D rendering.
• Proficiency in:
• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• 3ds Max
• V-Ray / Corona Renderer
• Lumion / D5 Render / Twinmotion
• Photoshop
• Revit (preferred)
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings and construction details.
• Excellent knowledge of lighting, composition, materials, and rendering techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience creating architectural walkthrough animations.
• Knowledge of Unreal Engine or Blender is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of landscape visualization and post-production techniques.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted visualization tools is a plus.
