Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Record day-to-day accounting transactions, including sales, purchase, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage TDS compliance, including deduction, payment, return filing, and related documentation.
- Handle ESIC, EPFO, and Professional Tax compliances, including deductions, payments, and returns.
- Assist in GST compliance and preparation of financial reports.
- Draft official letters, emails, and other business correspondence.
- Coordinate with clients and statutory authorities for accounting and compliance matters.
- Perform other accounting and compliance-related tasks as assigned.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, ESIC, EPFO, and Professional Tax.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication, drafting, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines.
