Job Description

Key Responsibilities


1. Accounts Payable & Receivable

- Invoice processing, vendor payments, and payment follow-ups

- Customer invoicing, payment collection

- Vendor & Customer reconciliation

 

2. General Accounting

- Daily entry in ERP/Tally - Sales, Purchase, Bank, Journal

- Bank reconciliation and cash book management

- Month-end closing support and schedule preparation

 

3. Tax & Compliance

- GST filing support - GSTR 1, GSTR 3B, Reconciliation

- TDS calculation, deduction and quarterly returns

- Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements

 

4. Reporting

- Prepare MIS, Ageing reports, P&L and Variance reports

- Support internal and statutory audits

- Data accuracy and timely submission of all reports

 

Key Skills & Competencies

- Technical: Tally update version, MS Excel

- Knowledge: GST, TDS, Income Tax basics

- Behavioural: High accuracy, ownership, good communication
