Accountant

Note : Must Have Hands-on practice in monthly payroll accounting and statutory compliance (PF & ESIC)

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.

Record purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries.

Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.

Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, E-Way Bills, and E-Invoices.

Assist in monthly and yearly account closing.

Prepare MIS reports and financial statements for management.

Verify vendor bills, customer payments, and expense vouchers.

Coordinate with auditors, banks, and statutory authorities.

Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.

Support payroll accounting and statutory compliance.

Assist in budgeting, cash flow management, and cost analysis.

Required Skills

Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles

Bank reconciliation and ledger management

Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable

MIS reporting

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com (Preferred)

Additional certifications in Accounting or Finance are an advantage.

Experience

2–5 years of experience as an Accountant or Accounts Executive.

Experience in a manufacturing company will be preferred.
