Job Summary
Bazoki Retail Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated Area Sales Manager to lead customer acquisition, drive app downloads, increase order volumes, and manage field sales operations within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in consumer sales, team management, and achieving aggressive sales targets. Candidate must have their own laptop.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2C sales strategies to increase customer acquisition and revenue.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of Sales Executives.
- Drive app downloads, customer registrations, and first-order conversions.
- Plan and execute field marketing activities and promotional events.
- Build brand awareness and expand Bazoki's customer base in assigned territories.
- Monitor daily sales performance, productivity, and team KPIs.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and improve customer retention.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in B2C sales, FMCG, telecom, fintech, e-commerce, or retail.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in team handling.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
