Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a HR professional with hands-on experience in payroll management, compensation and benefits. Someone who has worked on HRMS preferably GreytHR or Spine HR and HR operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing attendance, payroll processing, leaves and employee benefits including rewards and recognition. Sound knowledge of statutory compliances including PF, ESI, PT is must.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of HR operations and payroll processes.
- Hands on expertise in labor laws & statutory compliances.
- Hands-on experience with GreyHR / HRMS tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience working with HRMS software like GreyHR, Keka, Zoho People, etc.
- Basic knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
