Part-Time Government Contract & Accounts Executive Required

We are looking for an experienced person to assist with our government contract operations, documentation, and compliance work.

Responsibilities:

• Monthly salary preparation and employee records management
• PF/ESI filing coordination and statutory compliance work
• Preparing and submitting bills as per government department procedures
• Coordinating with government offices for documentation, payments, and follow-ups
• Managing tender portals such as GeM and other government e-procurement websites
• Preparing tender documents, uploading bids, and maintaining records
• Maintaining files, Excel sheets, and official correspondence

Requirements:

• Prior experience working with government departments, PSUs, contractors, or tender-based companies preferred
• Knowledge of PF, ESI, salary processing, and basic accounts
• Experience using GeM portal/e-tender websites will be an advantage
• Comfortable using laptop, MS Excel, email, and online portals
• Responsible and able to work independently
