Job Description

About the Role Global Edtech is looking for an energetic and experienced Team Leader to lead our Admissions & Sales team. If you have strong leadership skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to motivate a team to achieve targets, we'd love to meet you.

  • ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of Admission Counsellors.
  • Drive team revenue and admission targets.
  • Monitor calls, follow-ups, demos, and conversions.
  • Coach and train team members to improve performance.
  • Conduct daily team meetings and performance reviews.
  • Ensure CRM updates and process compliance.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Academic teams.
  • Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.
  • Requirements2+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel.
  • Experience in EdTech or Education is an added advantage.
