Job Description
- Job Title: Cafe Executive / Front Desk & Service Staff
- Job Summary
- We are looking for a smart, energetic, and presentable Cafe Staff / Front Desk Executive to join our cafe team. You will be the face of the cafe, responsible for welcoming customers, taking orders accurately, managing the counter, and ensuring a great dining experience.
- Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Welcome guests warmly, guide them to tables, and maintain a friendly, positive atmosphere.
- Order Management: Take orders accurately using our POS billing system and handle cash/digital payments.
- Menu Knowledge: Suggest food and beverage options to customers confidently and answer any questions about the menu.
- Cafe Upkeep: Ensure the seating area, billing counter, and display racks are neat, clean, and well-organized.
- Coordination: Coordinate smoothly with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Job Requirements
- Education: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Experience: 0–2 years in a cafe, restaurant, or customer-facing role (Freshers with great communication skills are welcome!).
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Hindi/Local language (Bengali). Must be able to converse easily with premium corporate or elite walk-ins.
- Skills: Smart, well-groomed, active listener, and basic computer/POS handling skills.
