Job Description
Objective:
The objective of this role is to generate revenue by selling the organization’s products via phone, understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information, and developing accounts. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to persuade and follow up consistently.
Main duties and Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective schools and teachers
- Handle inbound enquiries and provide accurate information
- Explain products/services clearly (courses, training programs, etc.)
- Convert leads into admissions/sales through effective communication
- Perform effective online demos to prospects. Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates
- Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, digital media, canvassing and cold calling. Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Update and manage data in CRM/Excel
- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE – KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- 6 years and above experience as a Centre Coordinator/In charge in pre-schools.
- 2-3 years of Inside sales experience in a B2B process; inbound activities from a SAAS industry is preferred.
- Great phone skills and the ability to engage with customers and decision-makers to understand their needs.
- Very strong follow-up skills are required.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal, other language skills are highly regarded.
- Outstanding customer relationship management experience and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated the ability to think strategically about business and product.
