Job Description
We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-oriented Client Relationship Executive to join our Tour & Travel company. The candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in clients, explaining visa and travel-related services, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the service process.
- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist clients visiting the office.
- Explain travel, visa, work permit, holiday package, and other company services to clients.
- Answer client queries and provide accurate information regarding processes, requirements, and timelines.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Collect, verify, and manage client documents.
- Follow up with clients regarding documentation, payments, appointments, and application status.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain client records and update CRM/database regularly.
- Ensure a professional and positive customer experience.
