Job Description
`We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Field Supervisor for the SBI Credit Card Collection Process. The candidate must be DRA certified and should possess prior experience in SBI Card field collection operations. The role requires strong process management capabilities and the ability to effectively handle and manage field collection teams.
- Required Criteria:Prior experience in SBI Card collection process.
- Experience in team handling and field operations management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Professional email drafting and communication etiquette.
- Ability to coordinate efficiently with team members and management.
- Experience in onboarding and training new field staff.
- Preferred Skills:Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve collection targets.
- Good reporting and follow-up skills.
