Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Commi Chef for our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining food quality and ensuring smooth day-to-day kitchen functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation
- Ensure proper hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards are followed
- Monitor inventory, control food costs, and minimize wastage
- Coordinate with management for new menu ideas, promotions, and events
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of all orders
- Maintain equipment and ensure proper kitchen operations
