Job Summary:

A Customer Sales Associate (CSA) is responsible for assisting customers, handling sales transactions, and ensuring smooth store operations. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and supporting day-to-day retail activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a polite and professional manner

Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products

Handle billing and cash transactions accurately

Maintain proper display and arrangement of products

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the store

Manage stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor

Support pharmacists and store team in daily operations

Handle customer queries and complaints effectively

Required Skills:

Good communication skills (basic English & local language)

Customer handling and interpersonal skills

Basic computer knowledge (billing software)

Ability to work in a team

Honest and responsible attitude

Qualification:

Minimum: Higher Secondary (12th Pass)-Hooghly location(Konnagar,Rishra,Shrirampur,Seoraphuli,Baidyabati,Mankundu,Jirat,Magra area)
