Job Title: (60%)Creative Designer and (40%) video editor

Location: Kolkata

Qualification :

·        UG : Any Graduate - Any Specialization

·        PG : Any Postgraduate

·        Diploma/Certification in Graphic Design

Experience: Fresher/Experience

Salary: 10,000 – 20,000 /-Month

Job Responsibility

·        Lead the conceptualization and development of innovative design solutions across digital and print platforms.

·        Translate client briefs and marketing objectives into compelling visual concepts that align with brand strategy.

·        Develop and execute creative assets including social media creatives, campaign visuals, illustrations, branding materials, and marketing collaterals.

·        Create structured execution plans for assigned projects and ensure timely delivery from concept through final output.

·        Select appropriate typography, color palettes, imagery, layouts, and graphic elements to enhance visual storytelling.

·        Maintain brand consistency and ensure all designs adhere to established brand guidelines and quality standards.

·        Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and performance teams to ensure alignment between creative output and business goals.

·        Participate actively in campaign ideation and contribute creative strategies for social media promotions and marketing initiatives.

·        Coordinate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into impactful visual communication.

·        Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and industry best practices to continuously improve creative quality.

·        Review and guide junior designers to ensure high-quality output and consistency across projects.

Job Requisites

·        Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work

·        Good command over design techniques and visual elements

·        Good aesthetic sense, creative thinking with attention to detail

·        Ability to lead a team in a time-bound environment

·        Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills

·        Experienced in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, Motion Graphics
