Position: Customer Relationship Officer (CRO)

📍 Location: Kolkata

💰 Salary: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentive

🎯 Incentive: Earn 5%-10% incentive on every closed client who resumes or starts business with One Diagnostics through your relationship-building efforts.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Contact existing, inactive, and prospective clients through calls and follow-ups.
• Build strong professional relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare partners.
• Understand client concerns and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Re-engage closed clients and encourage them to restart business with One Diagnostics.
• Introduce our services and generate new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up activities.
• Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term relationship management.

Eligibility:

✔ Excellent communication and convincing skills.

✔ Comfortable making outbound calls and client follow-ups.

✔ Customer service, telecalling, sales, or healthcare industry experience preferred.

✔ Positive attitude and relationship-building mindset.

✔ Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, CRM software preferred).
