We're seeking a result driven Female Customer Service Executive who can speak English, Hindi & Bengali and can join immediately.

Handle customer queries & B2C sales via website, Facebook and Instagram. Manage order processing, COD confirmation and post sales support.


Key Responsibilities -

  • Respond to customer inquiries, comments and messages on digital plateforms
  • Process orders including COD verification
  • Track orders and coordinate dispatch/ delivery
  • Handle returns, refunds and complaints end-to-end
  • Maintain customer records and ensure satisfaction
