Job Description

Role & Responsibilities


  • Answer customer calls and address customer queries related to Dhanush application efficiently.
  • Resolve customer issues related to our share trading application and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the respective team and ensure timely resolution and follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM/system for future reference and analysis.
  • Assist customers with account-related processes, application navigation, and basic troubleshooting to ensure a smooth user experience.


Role Requirements:


  • Proficiency in English, Hindi & Bengali
  • Should be experienced in trading
  • Experienced in Trading Application usage
