Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator who is proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. The candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in the company CRM system and internal databases.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update customer and operational data accurately in the CRM system.

• Maintain and organize records using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

• Verify data accuracy and identify errors or inconsistencies in records.

• Generate basic reports and maintain data trackers as required by management.

• Ensure timely updating of daily operational and customer-related information.

• Coordinate with different departments to collect and manage required data.

• Maintain confidentiality and security of company information and records.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

• Basic understanding of CRM software and data management.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good typing speed and organizational skills.

• Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently.

Timing: 10 am to 6 pm
