About the Role:
The Digital Sales Recruiter (AP/IFA Hiring) will be responsible for recruiting Authorised Partners (APs) and
Independent Financial Associates (IFAs) for the company's stock broking and wealth management business.
This is an office-based, calling-focused recruitment role where the incumbent will connect with prospective
partners over the phone, explain the business opportunity, assess their suitability, and manage the
recruitment process through onboarding. The role requires strong communication, persuasion, and
relationship-building skills, along with prior experience in AP/IFA hiring within the share broking industry.
Role Responsibility:
- Identify and recruit quality Authorised Partners (APs) and Independent Financial Associates (IFAs) to expand the company's distribution network.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract experienced APs/IFAs from the share broking and wealth management industry.
- Experience in telecalling, candidate engagement, and virtual recruitment.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective APs/IFAs for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate with business leaders to understand hiring priorities and ensure timely closures.
- Manage the complete recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Track recruitment metrics, maintain hiring reports, and ensure achievement of monthly hiring targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor hiring activities, and talent availability within the stock broking ecosystem.
Role Requirement:
- 4–6 years of recruitment experience in the share broking, wealth management, capital markets, or financial services industry.
- Mandatory experience in hiring Authorised Partners (APs), Independent Financial Associates (IFAs), Sub-Brokers, Relationship Managers, or Channel Partners.
- Strong understanding of the stock broking ecosystem, channel partner acquisition, and distribution models.
- Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets for AP/IFA or channel partner hiring.
- Excellent sourcing skills through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and industry connections.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to evaluate candidates based on their business network, revenue potential, and market presence.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS, MS Excel, and recruitment reporting.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Existing network within the share broking or wealth management industry will be an added advantage.
