Position: Cab Driver

Location: Kolkata & All Operational Zones

🔷 Job Purpose To provide safe, punctual, and professional transportation services to clients while maintaining company standards, vehicle cleanliness, and excellent customer service.

• 🔷 Key Responsibilities1️⃣ Daily Duties Report on time at the allotted location every day.
• Ensure smooth transportation for corporate clients, VIP movement, weddings, and long-term rental clients.
• Inspect the vehicle before and after duty (fuel, brakes, tyres, lights, cleanliness).
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness inside and outside at all times.
• Follow duty instructions given by supervisors and operations managers.
• Drive safely and responsibly while following all traffic rules and company protocols.
• 2️⃣ Customer Interaction Greet passengers politely and assist with luggage when required.
• Maintain professional behavior and communicate respectfully.
• Ensure a comfortable and pleasant customer experience throughout the journey.
• 3️⃣ Coordination & Reporting Coordinate with supervisors for duty schedules, performance tracking, and vehicle-related issues.
• Immediately report any accident, breakdown, or emergency situation to the company.
• 🔷 Mandatory Requirements Valid Driving License with minimum 5 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of Kolkata routes and landmarks.
• Clean driving record with no criminal background.
• Must be physically fit and punctual.
• Age limit: 30 – 50 years.
• 🔷 Essential Qualities Disciplined, obedient, and well-behaved.
• Must follow company timings, rules, dress code, and duty instructions.
• Ability to communicate politely with customers.
• Capable of handling long hours of driving if required.
• 🔷 Behavioral Expectations Maintain proper dress code (white uniform).
• No alcohol or tobacco consumption during duty.
• No denial of duty under any circumstances.
• Maintain full professionalism and integrity at all times.
• 🔷 Performance-Based Earnings Up to ₹35,000 — Excellent performance (600 hrs)
• Up to ₹30,000 — Good performance (500 hrs)
• Up to ₹30,000 — Average performance (400 hrs)
