About Us

We are a Kolkata-based rice manufacturer and seller, expanding our digital footprint across major online marketplaces. As we launch our Amazon, Flipkart, and Quick Commerce operations, we are looking for a dedicated E-Commerce Executive to join our team and manage daily backend operations.

Role Overview

The E-Commerce Executive will be responsible for managing marketplace listings, inventory coordination, order processing, and performance tracking across multiple platforms. You will work closely with our external onboarding agency and internal team to ensure smooth operations and continuous growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding and setup across Amazon, Flipkart, and quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, etc.).
• Upload, manage, and optimize product listings—including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
• Monitor daily orders, ensure timely order processing, and coordinate with warehouse/packing teams.
• Track inventory levels and update stock across platforms to avoid OOS situations.
• Coordinate with the external agency for catalog updates, ads, promotions, or compliance issues.
• Monitor account health, late shipment rate, customer feedback, and seller ratings.
• Analyze sales reports, identify trends, and assist in planning promotions or pricing strategies.
• Handle customer messages, returns, replacements, and basic support queries.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines and policies.
• Assist in preparing weekly performance reports for management.
