Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Electronics Engineer with experience in embedded systems design and firmware development. The ideal candidate should have practical expertise in Arduino, ATmega (AVR) microcontrollers, and STM32 platforms, along with strong knowledge of electronic circuit design, debugging, and hardware interfacing.
## Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and test embedded hardware and firmware for electronic products.
* Develop firmware using Arduino, ATmega (AVR), and STM32 microcontrollers.
* Interface sensors, actuators, communication modules, and displays with microcontrollers.
* Design and debug analog and digital electronic circuits.
* Perform hardware bring-up, testing, troubleshooting, and validation.
* Develop and optimize embedded C/C++ code for real-time applications.
* Work with communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, USB, and PWM.
* Read and interpret schematics, datasheets, and technical documentation.
* Support PCB testing, prototype validation, and production troubleshooting.
* Maintain firmware documentation, test reports, and version control.
* Collaborate with mechanical, software, and production teams to deliver robust products.
## Required Skills
* Strong hands-on experience with Arduino development.
* Practical experience with ATmega (AVR) microcontrollers.
* Hands-on experience with STM32 microcontrollers using STM32CubeIDE or Keil.
* Proficiency in Embedded C/C++ programming.
* Good understanding of GPIO, timers, interrupts, ADC, DAC, PWM, and watchdog timers.
* Experience with communication interfaces:
* UART
* SPI
* I2C
* CAN
* USB (preferred)
* Knowledge of electronic components, power supplies, and signal conditioning circuits.
* Ability to use debugging tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters.
* Familiarity with PCB design software (KiCad, Altium Designer, or Eagle) is an advantage.
* Basic understanding of RTOS (FreeRTOS preferred) is desirable.
* Experience with Git or other version control systems is preferred.
## Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, or a related field.
* 2–5 years (preferably 5+ years) of relevant experience in embedded hardware and firmware development.
* Experience with wireless technologies such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, LoRa, Zigbee, or GSM is a plus.
* Familiarity with IoT product development is an added advantage.
