Field Sales Executive

ECOPULSE PEST MANAGEMENT (RL Consumer Services Pvt. Ltd.) is a leading provider of eco-friendly, IGBC-certified pest control solutions. We deliver safe, sustainable, and effective pest management services across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote our pest management services, generate new leads, and foster strong customer relationships. The role involves on-site visits, client meetings, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
• Conduct surveys/inspections at client sites and explain service benefits.
• Prepare and deliver service quotations/proposals to prospective customers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and close sales to meet monthly targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
• Report daily activities, leads, and sales performance to the sales manager.
• Coordinate with the technical/service team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 10+2 / Graduate in any stream.
• Experience in field sales, marketing, or similar roles (pest control, FMCG, insurance, etc., preferred).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Two-wheeler and a valid driving license (mandatory).
