- Job Title: Jio Fiber Engineer
- Monthly Salary: ₹21,000 (Fixed)
- Job Type: Full-time / Field Job
- Location : Dunlop, Dumdum, and Belgharia , Baranagar , Dumdum Cantonment , Agarpara , Kamarhati (Candidates from these or nearby areas preferred)
Job Overview : We are looking for a motivated Jio Fiber Engineer to handle end-to-end broadband services. You will be the face of the company on the field, ensuring customers receive high-quality internet connectivity and prompt technical support.
- Key Responsibilities
- Installation & Support: Set up and maintain Jio Fiber broadband and FTTH (Fiber to the Home) services.
- Field Operations: Complete daily field tasks, including new installations and routine maintenance.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues or hardware faults at the customer’s location.
- Customer Service: Address customer queries politely and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Operational Reporting: Maintain a record of daily service visits and task completion.
- Requirements & Eligibility
- Education: 12th Pass (Candidates with an IT background/diploma will be given preference).
- Experience: Freshers are welcome; experience in networking or field support is a plus.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of networking, problem-solving mindset, and good communication skills.
- Assets: Must be comfortable with field travel across Dunlop, Dumdum, and Belgharia.
