Job Summary

An Independent Financial Advisor provides personalized financial planning and investment advisory services to individuals, families, and businesses. The role involves understanding clients’ financial goals, recommending suitable financial products, and helping clients build long-term wealth through strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

Understand clients’ financial needs, goals, and risk appetite

Provide guidance on:

• Mutual Funds
• Insurance Planning
• Retirement Planning
• Tax Saving Investments
• PMS (Portfolio Management Services)
• Unlisted Shares
• Wealth Management Solutions

Develop customized financial plans for clients

Monitor market trends and investment opportunities

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Conduct regular portfolio reviews and financial health check-ups

Generate new business through networking, referrals, and client meetings

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and ethical practices

Educate clients about investment products and financial discipline

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of financial products and market trends
• Sales and relationship management abilities
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
• Basic understanding of taxation and investment planning

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate in Finance, Commerce, Business, or related field
• Certifications such as NISM, AMFI, IRDAI, CFP, or equivalent are preferred
