Front Office Reception Executive

We are looking for a warm, well-spoken and highly organised Front Office Reception Executive to join our team at Mohana Boutique Hotel. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, guest interaction and creating a smooth, welcoming experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities:

* Welcome and assist guests with check-ins and check-outs

* Handle reservations, calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and walk-ins professionally

* Manage guest requests, complaints, and feedback with patience and efficiency

* Coordinate with housekeeping and operations teams to ensure smooth room readiness

* Maintain front desk records, billing, and payment processes accurately

* Ensure the reception and lobby area remain clean, organised, and presentable

* Provide guests with local recommendations and hotel information

* Maintain a positive, hospitable, and calm attitude during busy hours

Requirements:

* Prior experience in hotels is a must

* Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali preferred

* Good organisational and multitasking abilities

* Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets and booking systems is a plus. Especially Ezee

* Pleasant personality with a guest-first attitude

* Ability to handle situations professionally and independently

Job Details

* Full-time, on-site role

* Rotational shifts may be required including night shifts

* Location: Dum Dum Cantonment, Kolkata

* Salary: Based on experience and skill set
