Job Title: Graphic Designer

*Job Description:*

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visual concepts that inspire, inform, and transform. You will work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to bring ideas to life across digital and print platforms.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Design visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, and branding materials

2. Create logos, banners, brochings, posters, and other marketing collateral 

3. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and translate ideas into designs

4. Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials and follow brand guidelines

5. Edit and retouch images using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma

6. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to keep visuals fresh and engaging

7. Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

*Requirements:*

1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field preferred

2. 2+ years of experience in graphic design or portfolio demonstrating design skills

3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Figma/Canva is a plus

4. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy

5. Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to work independently

6. Good communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively

*Nice to Have:*

1. Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design

2. Knowledge of print production processes
