Job Description
Duration: 6 Months Internship
Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
Shift: Rotational
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving hardware or software faults.
- Support in maintaining IT asset records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the IT team for system updates, patching, and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure timely resolution of IT-related queries through ticketing systems or direct communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Recently completed a degree/diploma in Hardware Networking, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux), networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
