Job Summary

Dantura Botanics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and responsible Healthcare AR (Accounts Receivable) Caller to manage follow-up calls, payment coordination, insurance/patient billing support, and revenue recovery processes related to healthcare services, wellness products, patient support programs, and institutional billing.

The candidate will be responsible for communicating with patients, healthcare partners, insurance representatives, hospitals, clinics, distributors, and internal teams to ensure timely payment collection, claim follow-up, billing clarification, and proper documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls for pending payments, billing follow-ups, and account receivable recovery.
• Follow up with patients, clinics, hospitals, insurance companies, and healthcare partners regarding outstanding dues.
• Verify billing details, invoices, payment status, claim information, and required documents.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, payment commitments, disputes, and follow-up dates.
• Coordinate with the accounts, sales, patient support, and dispatch teams for payment and invoice clearance.
• Handle payment-related queries professionally and politely.
• Track overdue accounts and prepare daily/weekly AR follow-up reports.
• Identify rejected, delayed, unpaid, or disputed payments and escalate them to the concerned department.
• Support documentation for institutional billing, distributor billing, patient package billing, and healthcare service accounts.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and financial information.
• Ensure professional communication with all clients, patients, doctors, clinics, hospitals, and business partners.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Bengali will be an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of healthcare billing, AR calling, claim follow-up, or payment recovery.
• Ability to handle patient and client calls politely and confidently.
• Good computer knowledge, including MS Excel, Google Sheets, email, and CRM tools.
• Strong follow-up ability and proper documentation habit.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
• Professional attitude, patience, and problem-solving ability.
• Knowledge of medical billing, insurance claims, or healthcare revenue cycle management will be preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Healthcare AR Calling, Medical Billing, RCM, Insurance Follow-up, or Patient Billing.
• Experience in BPO/KPO healthcare process will be an advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn may also apply.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any stream.
• Candidates from healthcare management, commerce, BBA, hospital administration, or medical billing background will be preferred.
