Job Description

We are looking for an HR Admin Executive to manage daily HR and administrative operations, coordinate recruitment and placement activities, oversee co-working space operations, and handle basic client coordination and communication.



Key Responsibilities



Manage day-to-day HR and office administrative operations



Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities



Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data



Coordinate recruitment and placement requirements



Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and follow up with candidates



Coordinate with clients and candidates for placement activities



Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documentation



Handle basic client communication, follow-ups, and coordination



Manage and maintain co-working space operations and facilities



Coordinate seating, vendors, and daily upkeep of the workspace



Ensure smooth daily functioning, discipline, and client satisfaction



Requirements & Skills



Knowledge of HR operations and administration



Understanding of recruitment and placement processes



Familiarity with PF, ESI, and payroll support



Good communication and client-handling skills



Proficiency in MS Office and email communication



Ability to multitask and work independently
