Job Description
The HR & Admin Officer is responsible for overseeing both Human Resources and office administration to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the organization. This role manages recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll support, statutory compliance, office facilities, vendor coordination, asset management, travel arrangements, and general administration. The HR & Admin Officer acts as a key support function, ensuring operational efficiency, employee satisfaction, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities
A. Human Resources
1. Recruitment & Hiring
- Publish job openings on recruitment platforms.
- Source and screen candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Prepare offer letters and appointment letters.
- Maintain recruitment trackers.
- Support manpower planning.
2. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Complete joining formalities.
- Verify employee documents.
- Conduct induction and orientation.
- Prepare ID cards and employee files.
- Manage exit interviews and final settlements.
- Issue relieving and experience letters.
3. Attendance, Leave & Payroll SupportMonitor biometric attendance.
- Maintain leave records.
- Prepare payroll inputs.
- Verify overtime and attendance data.
- Coordinate salary processing with Accounts.
4. Employee Relations
- Address employee concerns and grievances.
- Support disciplinary procedures.
- Promote employee engagement activities.
- Maintain a healthy workplace culture.
5. Performance Management
- Coordinate probation reviews.
- Assist in annual performance appraisals.
- Maintain KPI and KRA records.
- Track employee performance documentation.
6. HR Compliance
- Prepare Salary Sheets
- Maintain employee records.
- Support PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain confidential HR documentation.
1. Office Administration
- Ensure smooth daily office operations.
- Supervise reception and office support staff.
2. Administration Compliance
- Renew office licenses and contracts.
- Maintain insurance records.
- Support audits and inspections.
- Ensure workplace safety compliance.
