Purpose of the PositionThis position is responsible for:
- Addressing business objectives through implementing HR policies, systems and interventions and ensuring implementation of all new initiatives.
- Building a high-performance culture in the organization through efficient people management practices aligned to corporate strategy.
- Engaging in progressive and cost-effective administration practices and ensuring its implementation within the organization.
- Being a Strategic HR partner for the organization by contributing to the business revenue through implementation of HR processes and systems to increase productivity of employees.
- Detailed ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR OperationsAssists Top Management in organizing initiatives and appropriate surveys to assess employee satisfaction and HR processes, analyzes the results to formulate HR strategy.
- Proactively designs and implements necessary Human Resource interventions, policies and procedures and communicates them throughout the organization.
- Inculcates a performance-driven culture in the organization.
- Assesses the need for reward and recognition programs.
- Talent Acquisition & ManagementDrives recruiting metrics, MIS, dashboards and implements recruiting best practices to hire the best talent.
- Assesses manpower requisition by identifying vacant positions to be filled as per the organization structure.
- Builds and develops a high-performing recruiting framework to support business plans.
- Develops a training calendar and evaluates training programs for employee development.
- Develops a robust performance management system linking organizational objectives with individual contributions.
- Initiates recruitment of individuals with relevant skills and qualifications within agreed timelines and cost.
- Conducts manpower planning exercises to ensure optimum deployment of manpower.
- Monitors employee attrition and exit interview data and recommends corrective actions.
- Monitors career and succession planning systems.
- Ensures proper employee grievance management and resolution.
- Standardizes and documents HR processes across all locations.
- Acts as counselor and grievance resolution desk for employees.
- Compensation & BenefitsAnalyzes compensation structures based on market trends and competition.
- Recommends appropriate pay modifications to senior management.
- Maintains complete employee data and HR modules such as:
- Leave
- Attendance
- KEKA HRMS
- Acts as the final point of contact for employee issues.
- Provides payroll inputs to Accounts within specified timelines.
- Manages employee exit processes.
- Analyzes exit data to improve retention.
- Ensures compliance with statutory provisions including:
- Provident Fund (PF)
- Gratuity
- ESIC
- Liaises with statutory authorities.
- Performance ManagementEnsures disciplined and uniform implementation of the organization's performance management process.
- Oversees HR MIS reporting.
- Ensures HR technology and services operate efficiently.
- Links performance and rewards with the organization's compensation philosophy.
- Develops and implements a fair Performance Linked Incentive (PLI) process.
- Strategic HRReviews and updates HR policies according to industry norms and business requirements.
- Controls HR budgets and expenditure.
- Strives for cost reduction through effective HR administration.
- Employee Grievance HandlingMaintains a healthy work culture.
- Communicates with employees regarding concerns.
- Supports employees' personal and professional development.
- Employee Engagement ActivitiesManages all employee engagement activities throughout the calendar year within the HR budget.

- Full & Final Settlement
- HRMS SoftwareSound working knowledge of HRMS software.
- Company uses KEKA.
- Responsible for end-to-end HR operations through the system.
- Training & DevelopmentAnalyzes organizational training needs.
- Develops annual training calendar.
- Evaluates training effectiveness.
- Improves employee productivity through skill development.
- Rewards & RecognitionDesigns reward and recognition programs.
- Creates goal-driven performance systems.
- Implements market-benchmarked compensation and rewards programs.
- Work Experience RequirementsEssential ExperienceMinimum Experience: 10 years
