Location: Kolkata (Work from Office)
Shift: US Night Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 (Based on experience)
About the RoleProclivity Digitech Pvt Ltd is urgently hiring Senior Customer Support Executives for its Servo Motor Process. This is an international outbound B2B voice role focused on lead generation and appointment setting for industrial automation repair services.
This role is ideal for energetic candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake 200–300 outbound calls daily to manufacturing companies in the US
- Identify businesses using servo motors, drives, CNC machines, or automation equipment
- Introduce company services related to servo motor and industrial control repair
- Generate qualified leads and service inquiries
- Connect with decision-makers (Plant Managers, Maintenance Heads, Engineers)
- Send follow-up emails with service details
- Maintain accurate call logs and CRM records
- Achieve daily and weekly performance targets
- Eligibility CriteriaPrior experience in International Voice Process (Outbound B2B Sales preferred)
- Strong communication skills in English
- Comfortable working in night shifts
- Ability to handle high call volumes
- Target-driven and self-motivated
