Job Description
Job Title: Outbound Sales Executive (B2B) – Call Closer
Job Type: Full-time
Shift: Night Shift
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Outbound Sales Executive (B2B) with strong call-closing skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in hardcore sales, be confident in handling outbound calls, and possess excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective B2B clients.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into successful sales.
Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
Handle objections confidently and close deals effectively.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Requirements:
Experience in outbound B2B sales, telesales, or inside sales.
Proven track record of closing sales over calls.
Excellent English communication and convincing skills.
Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
Comfortable working in a target-oriented, high-pressure sales environment.
Willingness to work night shifts.
Preferred Skills:
Strong sales mindset and self-motivation.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
