International Voice Process Agent

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective international students and their parents through calls, emails, live chat, WhatsApp, and other digital communication channels to provide accurate information about the University's academic programs, admission process, scholarships, tuition fees, and student life.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students, addressing their questions and guiding them throughout the admission journey.
• Generate student enrolments by converting leads received through digital marketing campaigns, the University website, social media platforms, education fairs, referrals, partner institutions, and other recruitment channels.
• Counsel prospective students to identify programs that best align with their academic background, career aspirations, and personal interests.
• Assist applicants throughout the admission process, including application submission, document collection, eligibility verification, interview scheduling, offer acceptance, and enrolment.
• Ensure that every new enquiry receives an initial response within 15 minutes and make every effort to qualify or convert the lead within 45 minutes of receiving the enquiry.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all student interactions, applications, follow-ups, and admissions activities in the University's CRM system.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students to nurture relationships, address concerns, encourage application completion, and maximize enrolment conversion.
• Ensure zero tolerance for missed leads, delayed responses, or unattended enquiries by maintaining effective lead management and follow-up processes.
• Coordinate with the Admissions, Academic, Finance, and Student Support teams to ensure a seamless admission and onboarding experience for students.
• Gather feedback from prospective and enrolled students and share insights with management to improve recruitment strategies, student experience, and service quality.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to lead response, applications, admissions, enrolments, and revenue generated from student recruitment.
• Prepare periodic reports on enquiry volume, application status, conversion ratios, and recruitment performance for management review.
• Participate in virtual counselling sessions, webinars, education fairs, and promotional events to represent the University and generate quality student leads.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to support recruitment campaigns, promotional initiatives, and lead-generation activities across international markets.
• Stay updated on the University's academic programs, admission policies, visa requirements, international education trends, and competitor offerings to provide accurate and effective counselling.

 Qualifications

• Experience: Prior experience in International Voice Process is manadatory
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Language Skills: Strong communication skills in English (Verbal & Written)
