Salary: ₹9,000 Fixed per Month + Project-Based Performance Incentives + Performance Bonus

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced IT Sales Executive to promote and sell our Website Development, Custom Software Development, Digital Marketing, SEO, and other IT services to businesses across India.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in IT services sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand client requirements and successfully close deals.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and follow up on business leads received from marketing campaigns and self-generated prospecting.
  • Contact prospective clients via phone, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms.
  • Sell Website Development, Software Development, Digital Marketing, SEO, and other IT services.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Conduct online meetings and product/service presentations.
  • Follow up with prospects until successful project closure.
  • Maintain CRM records and daily sales reports.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the technical team during project discussions.

 

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Sales, Website Sales, Software Sales, SaaS Sales, or Digital Marketing Sales.
  • Ability to achieve monthly sales targets and consistently follow up with potential clients.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in B2B sales and client relationship management.
  • Ability to explain technical services to business owners.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Basic computer skills and CRM knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bengali (Mandatory).
  • Basic English is required.
  • Hindi will be an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of Website Development, Software Development, Digital Marketing, SEO, and other IT services.
