Our marketing team is expanding, and we are looking for creative talent to strengthen our brand presence across digital and offline platforms.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about visual storytelling.

The ideal candidate will support all design requirements across marketing campaigns, social media, print collaterals, and branding activities.

This role requires someone who can work under pressure, adapt quickly to design needs, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality graphics consistently.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Design & Creativity

• Create high-quality graphics for social media posts, banners, leaflets, stepney covers, standees, and other marketing materials.
• Design layouts for digital ads, presentations, and internal content.
• Support brand consistency across all platforms and ensure adherence to visual guidelines.

🔹 Marketing & Campaign Support

• Work closely with the marketing team to create visuals for ongoing campaigns.
• Design creative assets for on-ground promotions, retail branding, and event materials.
• Prepare print-ready files for vendors and coordinate minor edits required during production.

🔹 Cross-Department Collaboration

• Coordinate with the operations and sales teams to adapt designs for different regions.
• Understand campaign goals and translate them into visually impactful creatives.

🔹 Execution & Efficiency

• Manage multiple design tasks with tight deadlines.
• Maintain an organized design library and version control.
• Stay updated with design trends to keep Pointo’s visuals fresh and modern.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in graphic design (agency or brand-side).
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• A strong design portfolio showcasing social media creatives, print designs, and branding work.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good understanding of colors, typography, and layout aesthetics.
• Strong communication skills (Bengali, Hindi, English).
• Prior experience in a startup or product-based brand is a plus.
