Job Description

Lead Generation Executive

Salary: ₹15,000–₹32,000 per month (based on performance and experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate quality B2B leads through online research and digital platforms
  • Conduct cold calls and cold email outreach to potential clients
  • Coordinate and fix meetings with key decision-makers for the management team
  • Maintain lead records and follow up with prospects
  • Use AI tools and digital marketing methods to improve lead generation activities

Required Skills:

  • Good communication skills (English and Hindi)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and internet research
  • Confidence in client interaction and cold calling
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT is a plus
