Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Generation
- Identify potential customers including hospitals, diagnostic labs, pathology centers, nursing homes, and distributors.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for medical and surgical consumables.
- Conduct regular field visits for lead generation, product pitching, and order follow-up.
2. Product Promotion & Demonstration
- Provide product demonstrations and explain technical features, benefits, and usage guidelines to doctors, technicians, and purchase departments.
- Conduct presentations, sampling, and trials of consumables (e.g., syringes, PPE, gloves, surgical items, diagnostic consumables, disposables).
- Participate in hospital-level evaluations and ensure successful product adoption.
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers: doctors, lab managers, biomedical teams, nursing staff, purchase managers, and store managers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving product issues, coordinating replacements, and addressing quality concerns.
- Maintain regular communication for repeat orders and long-term engagement.
4. Territory & Market Management
- Plan and execute daily field activities within the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Maintain customer databases, visit logs, and sales reports.
5. Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with the internal marketing, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Submit daily/weekly reports covering visits, leads, sales performance, and market insights.
- Participate in sales review meetings, training sessions, and product updates.
