MIS Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage data, generate reports, maintain records, and support business operations through accurate reporting and data analysis. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Excel, reporting tools, and AI tools like ChatGPT for improving productivity and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and records accurately.
• Analyze business data and provide actionable insights to management.
• Create dashboards, charts, and performance reports.
• Coordinate with different departments for data collection and verification.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
• Automate repetitive reporting tasks using formulas, scripts, and AI tools.
• Use ChatGPT and similar tools for report drafting, summaries, and workflow optimization.
• Track operational KPIs and prepare management summaries.
• Maintain confidential business information securely.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Good understanding of formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards, and data analysis.
• Ability to effectively use AI tools like ChatGPT.
• Basic knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Google Apps Script) is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination ability.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualification (Mandatory)

• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or related field.
• Certification or training from BCI (Business Coaching India) by Rahul Jain.
• 1–3 years of experience in MIS reporting or data management preferred.
