Operation Manager

We are seeking a dynamic, highly responsible, and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day business and hospitality operations across our properties in Dhulagarh, Mandarmani, and New Digha.

As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining top-tier service standards, maximizing revenue, managing staff efficiency, and ensuring seamless guest experiences. This role requires travel and movement between these key locations and demands a high level of dedication, leadership, and operational grit.

Locations: Dhulagarh, Mandarmani, and New Digha (Multi-property handling)

• Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations, staff performance, and guest satisfaction across properties.
• Manage daily sales, room inventory, billing, and property maintenance.
• Drive team efficiency and actively improve online guest reviews.
• Requirements: Proven experience in hotel/hospitality operations management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and Excel/data tracking skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple locations efficiently.
