Job Description

We are hiring a smart and responsible Operations Executive for AIRHS PRIVATE LIMITED. The candidate will manage emails, handle client queries, and coordinate with travel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email & Communication: Daily monitoring of client emails and replying professionally. Communicating with clients to understand their travel needs.
  • Booking Handling: Checking PNR details, flight/hotel status, and informing clients accordingly.
  • Coordination: Contacting partner agencies and vendors for smooth tour operations.
  • Follow-up: Following up with clients and vendors to ensure timely confirmations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass). Graduates can also apply.
  • Skills: Good understanding of English (Written & Verbal). Basic computer knowledge with MS Office skill.

Experience: Freshers or Experienced candidates (0-2 years) are welcome.
