Role Overview:

We are looking for a hardworking and responsible Packaging & Dispatch Executive to join our warehouse operations team. The candidate will be responsible for picking books from racks, packaging orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick books from warehouse racks based on order requirements.
• Verify books and order details before packaging.
• Pack books securely to prevent damage during transit.
• Label packages and prepare them for courier pickup.
• Assist in sorting, organizing, and maintaining inventory.
• Update order status and coordinate with the operations team when required.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the warehouse.
• Support other warehouse and dispatch-related activities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Class 10 pass.
• Basic reading and understanding of English and Bengali/Hindi.
• Physically fit and able to handle warehouse activities.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Prior experience in packaging, warehouse, or dispatch operations is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours:

10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
