• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle company-provided buyer leads. No lead generation is required.
• Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable new residential flat projects.
• Schedule, coordinate, and execute site visits based on clients' preferences and availability.
• Explain project features, floor plans, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and booking procedures.
• Build strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
• Convert site visits into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with developers, back office, and management to ensure smooth deal closure.
• Update CRM, DSR, and customer records accurately on a daily basis.
• Maintain a professional approach and follow the company's sales process and ethical standards.
• EligibilityMinimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduation is preferred.
• Experience in real estate or sales is preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and computers.
• Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
• Important NoteAll buyer leads will be provided by the company.
• No lead generation or cold calling is required.
• The primary responsibility is to execute site visits, follow up with clients, and convert company-provided leads into successful bookings.
